Buyers leave feed back who can not clearly read the comments that I leave under the item I am selling for an example they say they are missing the book when I told them I only have the tape and I am missing book then they make me look bad amazon.com refuse to remove this feedback so I look like a bad seller amazon.com is nothing but a scamming sight you will get screwed every time by selling here any buyer can lie and say anything about you and clearly get away from it Amazon had this to say when I called them (we do not give a f*** about who you can you can call the BBB.org all you want to ) as you can see they do not care about you as long as you pay them the seller fees and f*** the seller like always.
GET YOUR SELLER ACCOUNT BACK!
We built a million dollar empire through Amazon and entrusted them with our livelihood. We had impeccable feedback and unmatched customer service until we were faced with a well known competitor who decided to order place orders and leave negative feedback. Within a month everything we worked so hard to create was destroyed. No mater our efforts we were banished from selling on Amazon indefinitely. We spent the next several months and thousands of dollars making over 11 failed attempts to reinstate our account, create a new one and use other peoples account (which eventually got banned as well). In a last attempt to beg Amazon for forgiveness we were befriended by longtime Amazon employee gone rogue. It wasn't long before we had all the intel necessary to get our account back up and running and now we are sharing that intel with you.
Scam and fraud!

I have joined the amazon seller account membership on March 2008. Two buyers had bought my items on this website on March and April 2008 but amazon.com has never transfer or released my funds to my bank account. They held my funds for 14 days because they wanted to check my performance first for A-to-z Guarantee claims from the buyer. After waiting for 14 days period, they did not transfer and release my funds yet. So, I emailed and complained to amazon.com why they did not release my money after 14 days. They replied my emails and told me that they need to hold my funds again until 45 days period. Well, I wasn't agree with this because they didn't give me a good reason why they still hold my funds such as long as like that.
One day later after I complained them, they blocked and suspended my seller account without the reason. I emailed and asked them why. They have never told me why they blocked and terminated my seller account. I can not sell my items again at this website now. Well, this is not fair! I asked them to transfer and release my funds now! But they never did it!
Now, they sent me email again and held my funds for 90 days!
Well, this is not right! They stole and ripped off my funds now! They told me that they will transfer and release my funds for 14 days, then 45 days and 90 days now! Then what after 90 days? I believe that they are racist and discriminated with me!
I hope I will get a justice against Amazon.com for this matter.

I sold on Amazon.com for over a year. I had 93-100% feedback until Christmas when Doba, a drop shipper, sent out shoddy guitars. My feedback went to 73% even though I worked day and night to satisfy all these complaints with refunds or replacements. I got my feedback back up to 93% which is no easy task as I had to send out 2nd and 3rd requests to get customers to leave it, then it is only 1/4 who do. Amazon knows and admits this but yet still has such rigid rules of 95% feedback to continue selling. They closed my account and removed my over 1000 products listed and now say I have to wait 3 months to receive any of the $3000 owed to me for sales. I have purchased the products and shipped all orders so I am out the money but they are keeping my money!!! They are crooks!!
Awhile back, I had some listings on Amazon.Com -- and long story short, I didn't pay enough attention to getting them shipped out quickly enough, our feedback level dropped to 80% for a few months, and poof they disabled my seller account -- FOR LIFE. No appeals, nada... No sermans please -- I've learned my lesson, and am ready to be more dedicated to customer service on Amazon --
I've tried signing back up and creating a new account, but they're too smart for me. They are denying me, probably because the credit card I'm using has my name on it (Even though I'm trying to use my Corp and FEIN as my main contact info)
So I'm afraid at this point I have 2 options -- 1). Set up a new account using one of my employees names & cc's. or 2). Find a way to get around the countermeasures they have in place.
Anybody have any experience getting back onto Amazon once their seller account has been disabled? I'd really rather not have to inconvenience one of my employees, and *ahem* pay them a % for letting me list using their account
Thanks in advance,
- Hakrjak

I'm currently being held hostage by the Amazon.com 'hold seller funds' scam. I have sent them tracking information, have no negative feedback and have shipped 26 orders almost all on the same day of the purchase. Account has about 3k in it now and Amazon will not respond to my messages even though it's been 35 days since my money has been held. Their scam appears to originate from this section of the 'Participant Agreement' which is subject to change without notice of course:
Section 5m of the Participant Agreement states:
We may earn interest or other compensation from the balances in our bank accounts that result from the timing difference between our being paid by Buyer and our bank account being debited to pay Payment Transaction credits to Seller.
This means that the longer they can keep our money in their accounts, the more free money they earn by having interest accrue. So it only makes sense to hold seller's funds for up to 45 days. Think of all the extra free money that they're getting based on thousands of accounts on 'hold' status for 45 days!
I don't know if there are currently any class-action lawsuits that have figured out this scam also, but if there are, COUNT ME IN!!! Who knows when or if I'll ever see my money.

Long story short -- Someone got ahold of our Amazon account and did some stupid stuff, which ended up getting us banned for life. Amazon doesn't want to discuss it or hear about it, so our only option is to find a way to circumvent their system to get us another seller account. We've tried signing up with different names, or with our corporation as our name -- but nothing seems to work. I think it has to do with the fact that the credit card we're using has my name on it, etc... Has anybody successfully come back and gotten a new account once banned from Amazon? Thanks in advance.
Look at what Amazon is saying to me after spending $10,000 in the last couple of years... I am wondering if this is a joke. Incomprehsible.
What they seem to blame me for is making them stick to and apply the discounts they advertise. I have had almost no returns or refusals of shipments. I do have a lot of refunds and discounts applied retroactively when their system failed to apply them.
Anyone else ever heard of this happening??

Hello from Amazon.com.
A careful review of your account indicates you've experienced an extraordinary number of incidents with your orders and corresponding shipments.
In the normal course of business, the occasional problem is inevitable. The rate at which such problems have occurred on your account is extraordinary, however, and cannot continue. Effective immediately, your Amazon.com account is closed and you are no longer able to shop in our store. I am very sorry for any disappointment this may cause.
Please know that any accounts related to yours have also been closed. If you were to open a new account, the same will result and it will also be closed. In the event that you attempt to do so, we will not accept the return of any additional orders, nor will we issue further refunds in connection with any future orders. We appreciate your cooperation in refraining from using our web site.
If you require additional assistance, or have any concerns, feel free to contact us directly at account-appeals@amazon.com.
