GET YOUR SELLER ACCOUNT BACK!

We built a million dollar empire through Amazon and entrusted them with our livelihood. We had impeccable feedback and unmatched customer service until we were faced with a well known competitor who decided to order place orders and leave negative feedback. Within a month everything we worked so hard to create was destroyed. No mater our efforts we were banished from selling on Amazon indefinitely. We spent the next several months and thousands of dollars making over 11 failed attempts to reinstate our account, create a new one and use other peoples account (which eventually got banned as well). In a last attempt to beg Amazon for forgiveness we were befriended by longtime Amazon employee gone rogue. It wasn't long before we had all the intel necessary to get our account back up and running and now we are sharing that intel with you.

Our Seller Account banned from Amazon.Com -- Any way around it?

0
Awhile back, I had some listings on Amazon.Com -- and long story short, I didn't pay enough attention to getting them shipped out quickly enough, our feedback level dropped to 80% for a few months, and poof they disabled my seller account -- FOR LIFE. No appeals, nada... No sermans please -- I've learned my lesson, and am ready to be more dedicated to customer service on Amazon --

I've tried signing back up and creating a new account, but they're too smart for me. They are denying me, probably because the credit card I'm using has my name on it (Even though I'm trying to use my Corp and FEIN as my main contact info)

So I'm afraid at this point I have 2 options -- 1). Set up a new account using one of my employees names & cc's. or 2). Find a way to get around the countermeasures they have in place.

Anybody have any experience getting back onto Amazon once their seller account has been disabled? I'd really rather not have to inconvenience one of my employees, and *ahem* pay them a % for letting me list using their account

Thanks in advance,

- Hakrjak

Amazon.com ripoff Holding Seller funds Reason apparent from their member agreement

0
I'm currently being held hostage by the Amazon.com 'hold seller funds' scam. I have sent them tracking information, have no negative feedback and have shipped 26 orders almost all on the same day of the purchase. Account has about 3k in it now and Amazon will not respond to my messages even though it's been 35 days since my money has been held. Their scam appears to originate from this section of the 'Participant Agreement' which is subject to change without notice of course:

Section 5m of the Participant Agreement states:
We may earn interest or other compensation from the balances in our bank accounts that result from the timing difference between our being paid by Buyer and our bank account being debited to pay Payment Transaction credits to Seller.

This means that the longer they can keep our money in their accounts, the more free money they earn by having interest accrue. So it only makes sense to hold seller's funds for up to 45 days. Think of all the extra free money that they're getting based on thousands of accounts on 'hold' status for 45 days!

I don't know if there are currently any class-action lawsuits that have figured out this scam also, but if there are, COUNT ME IN!!! Who knows when or if I'll ever see my money.

HELP! Amazon banned my seller account for life -- Need to find a way back on!?

0
Long story short -- Someone got ahold of our Amazon account and did some stupid stuff, which ended up getting us banned for life. Amazon doesn't want to discuss it or hear about it, so our only option is to find a way to circumvent their system to get us another seller account. We've tried signing up with different names, or with our corporation as our name -- but nothing seems to work. I think it has to do with the fact that the credit card we're using has my name on it, etc... Has anybody successfully come back and gotten a new account once banned from Amazon? Thanks in advance.
